All cancellations must be in writing before noon, in advance1 week before the event. Please email Brandy Ward at metroport events@metroportchamber.org to cancel your reservation. Failure to notify the Chamber of a canceled reservation in advance or provide a substitution will result in billing for the full program cost of the event, even if you do not attend.
