Description

Join fellow young professionals under 40 for networking and professional development.

Sarah Bell, certified professional coach with Bells Coaching, will introduce participants to the FISBE Mental Model® and show how to apply it in business and life. Attendees will learn how to stay focused and keep moving toward their goals without getting distracted by problems and drama.

By the end of the workshop participants will:

Recognize their personal reactive triggers and strategies
Apply the FISBE Mental Model® to reconnect with their goal orientated, outcome focused mindset.
