IF YOU MUST CANCEL A RESERVATION . . . All cancellations must be in writing before noon, 1 week before the event. Please email Barbara Kovacevich at metroportevents@metroportchamber.org to cancel your reservation. Failure to notify the Chamber of a canceled reservation or a substitution will result in billing for the full program cost of the event, even if you do not attend.
