* IF YOU MUST CANCEL A RESERVATION . . .All cancellations must be received in writing before noon, 1 week prior to the event date. Please email metroportevents@metroportchamber.org to cancel your reservation. Failure to notify the Chamber of a cancelled reservation by the noted deadline will result in forfeiture for the full cost of the reservation, even if you do not attend. Reservations are not transferrable to another Chamber event.
