Inviting Teens To Connect, Strengthen Mental Health, and Discover Direction Through an Experiential Clubhouse Culture
How U Doin Foundation
Nonprofit Organization | Adolescent Mental Health & Substance Misuse
The How U Doin Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit inviting teens to connect, strengthen mental health, and discover direction through an experiential Clubhouse culture.
Based in North Texas, we are launching a 10,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse (5,000 indoors + 5,000 outdoors) designed with adolescents ages 13–17 and their families in mind.
Our model goes beyond traditional programming — creating experiential pathways where teens build belonging, confidence, and forward momentum while families gain clarity, education, and trusted guidance.
Our Clubhouse experience includes:
• A state-of-the-art pizza kitchen for mentoring, creativity, and connection
• A podcast & media studio amplifying teen voice and storytelling
• Quiet and regulation spaces that support emotional awareness
• Programming rooted in Fun, Connection, Discovery, and Direction
• Whole-family engagement through education and community partnerships
Alongside the Clubhouse, our Mobile Pizza Mission brings the culture into the community — offering a preview of what’s to come through pop-up experiences and shared connection.
Founded by Eddie Fischer, whose lived experience informs the heart of the work, the How U Doin Foundation exists as a community anchor — inviting teens and families to move from isolation toward connection, and from uncertainty toward direction.
