At OES, we buy land in high-growth areas and build office / retail buildings. We lease and sell the spaces, offering high-yield, safe investments in commercial real estate. We can build to suit on your land or ours. Our most recent project is Northlake Commons: 14 buildings with medical, office, restaurant, and retail space in the ''town square'' with the Town of Northlake.
