Alex Holmes is a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with STAG Commercial Real Estate, serving business owners, property owners, investors and developers throughout Denton County and North Texas.

With nearly 20 years of experience spanning real estate, business development, strategy and marketing, Alex helps clients solve the real estate side of growing, relocating, investing in or planning for their businesses.

Her experience serving on the Northlake Town Council provides an additional perspective on the issues that often affect commercial real estate decisions, including zoning, land use, infrastructure, municipal processes and development requirements.

Alex assists clients with commercial leasing, property acquisitions and sales, site selection, owner-user properties, investment properties and land.
