Zen Haven Healing is a wellness center offering alternative therapies such as Reiki, dry salt, infrared sauna, and hydro massage. We also use color, light, sound and aromatherapy in most rooms. We help clients experience relief from many different ailments and conditions such as relieving stress, reducing pain and inflammation, improving sleep, increasing their metabolism, circulation, and immune system. We offer a recovery circuit that includes dry salt, hydro massage, and infrared sauna for the ultimate detox and immune boost.
